Purpose and access

The application is operated for its owner's personal use. It is not offered as a public commercial service, and no public registration is available. Access may be restricted to the owner and specifically authorized users or accounts. The owner may change or withdraw access as needed.

Authorized use

Use the application only with accounts and information you are authorized to access, and only for lawful tasks. Grant only the permissions needed for the intended features. Do not use the application to bypass another person's account controls or the rules of a connected service.

Third-party services

The application may interact with Google services and other tools, infrastructure, and AI providers. Those services remain governed by their own terms, policies, permissions, and availability. GBB One Personal Assistant is independently operated and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Changes in a third-party service can affect how the application works.

Review automated actions

Automation and AI-generated results can be incomplete or incorrect. The authorized user remains responsible for reviewing consequential actions, including messages, calendar invitations, changes to files, sharing decisions, and any other action affecting people or information. Verify important outputs before relying on them.

Availability and changes

This personal tool may be changed, paused, or discontinued. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, error-free results, or continued compatibility with third-party services. Maintain appropriate copies of important original information.

Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the application. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date. Material changes affecting authorized users will be communicated as appropriate.
